TAROTE`, Inc., The Arts Reaching Out Through Education is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization designed to educate, empower, and encourage today’s youth through cultural and performing arts.
TAROTE` provides an innovative outlet for youth to develop leadership skills, build a sense of responsibility, inspire self-confidence and learn the importance of discipline while promoting artistic creativity through theater and film.
